“Lincoln First Listen” and Ne-Yo Turned Up the Heat in Detroit

“Lincoln First Listen,” an acclaimed music series that pairs recording artists with a luxurious Lincoln vehicle, came to Detroit this summer. This year’s featured recording artist—singer, songwriter and producer Ne-Yo—gave a concert performance in the Motor City’s Chene Park Amphitheatre on July 20, which spotlighted the all-new 2018 Lincoln Navigator.

Over the past decade or so, singer, songwriter and producer Ne-Yo has been responsible for dozens of hit songs. After years of writing songs that were buried on major label albums, Ne-Yo’s big break came in 2004 after his song “Let Me Love You” charted high for singer Mario. That success led to his own record deal with Def Jam.

Below are photo highlights from the event, which also included an electrifying set with special guest Brandy and an auto show-like experience for concertgoers at the Chene Park riverfront campus.
